• Working on building or fixing client websites at my own web developer agency.  Clients are in the fields of Immigration Law, Psychology and Pubs (WordPress-WooCommerce).

• Develop website to user specification by meeting with clients to discuss what they want (User story).

• Audited client site to make sure their site meets web accessibility guidelines and made proper changes.

• Worked on a project with 12 other engineers (4.co team) called Helium. Repositories that help guide Walmart and other Microsoft customers onboard their applications onto Azure.

• Developed an application on GitHub called Web Validate (WebV), which is a reusable deep validation tool for testing web and Web API applications.

• Developed an application on GitHub called Helium C#, which is a secure App Services with Key Vault and Managed Identity. Application can be used as reference and starting point to build a secure web app using Azure services.

• Managed a team of 8 student developers with helping them in understanding the Lambda curriculum before and after lectures  for the part time course.

• Provide code reviews for projects/code challenges in JavaScript.  Make sure their work is complete in their GitHub accounts.

• Lead daily stand up meetings via zoom in the afternoons to identify goals for the day/next day as well as update the team of any current school events.

• Provide student support to students that may need help for the project they are working on.  This included going on a zoom call to offer ideas on how to approach their projects, debug and make sure that pull requests are good to be merged to the master branch of the project.

• Managed a team of 12 student developers with helping them in looking for Software Developer positions in their markets for Lambda School's post graduate program.

• Provide code reviews for projects in JavaScript, Python and C as well as review portfolios, blogs and student Git Hub accounts.

• Provide help in Web Development intro-course for incoming students (JavaScript).

• Facilitate learner enrollment by conducting testing, assessment and counseling to determine program eligibility for students.

• Coordinate matching of learners with volunteer tutors for program; monitor tutor/learner progress; interview, train, supervise, and evaluate volunteer staff; develop and coordinate volunteer assessment counselor training programs.

• Maintain referral sources and other data to comply with reporting standards of program stakeholders.

• Make presentations to community agencies, human services programs, local businesses and schools to promote San Diego Public Library programs.

• Performed research for database information company compiling and analyzing information to generate many reports for the industry to use (ex: vacancy rates, absorption rates, analytics, comparable reports, etc.).

• Used excel tools like v-look ups/ chart to generate reports. Wrote reports for market on commercial real estate transactions and data.

• Was trainer for the research department my last 3 years at the company and was in charge of leading trainings for new hires as well as budget development for the department and other projects as a Budget Analyst (Projections, Reporting, Forecasting).
