Creative and experienced therapy care professional with keen interest in behavioural health practices for families, communities, and juvenile in correctional institutions. I am passionate about alleviating trauma in family relationships, creating social integration for children and women displaced from families and communities, and reuniting displaced homeless young adults through therapeutic lifestyle activities. I am also instrumental in operational processes, organizational psychology, and work & profit culture. I care about every feedback including the way a customer reacts after a serviced experience. So, I focus on processes, thus, my roles in leading communities and managing customer experience channels for start-ups, and my approach has yielded excellent customer retention capacities.
